Kids' party venue, Westgate, Auckland

Live, maintained by me

A full booking platform for party packages, room hire and whole-venue hire. Parents pick a package, a date and their food, pay online, and get their confirmation by text. Staff run the day from an admin dashboard.

What I built

  • Live availability with slots that can't be double booked
  • Card payments and Afterpay through Stripe
  • SMS confirmations through Twilio
  • Food choices per package, including split flavours and gluten-free options
  • Admin dashboard with daily run sheets and food prep reports

Since launch

  • Added Whole Venue Hire, a flat-rate evening package for up to 300 guests
  • Added new Friday and Saturday evening time slots
  • Moved the whole platform to new servers after a hosting failure, restored from backups
  • Ongoing fixes and features on a monthly retainer

Rebound Playland & Trampoline Park

Rebound replaced an off-the-shelf booking platform they weren't happy with. They now take bookings on their own site, with an admin dashboard built around how their front desk actually works.

What I built

  • Online booking on Rebound's own domain
  • Admin dashboard: today's overview, search and filter, edit and cancel
  • Online payments and automatic confirmations

How it went

  • Built a working demo first so the owner could try it before committing
  • Switched their domain over to the new system once it was ready
  • Hosted and maintained by me
